All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the following terms of use (“Terms”) for the nuuninteriors.com website (“Site”). You can print off these terms, or store them in your computer, for future reference. Please read them carefully.

1. Conditions of sale
In order to create a contract between you and us, please follow the simple on screen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. To place an order for the products select “Go to Checkout”, “Confirm Order details” page, “Confirm my Order”. In doing this you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges. We will send an automated order acknowledgement email to you, listing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by nuun interiors.

The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we have not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur in circumstances including we identify a pricing or product description error; the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

2. Pricing and Availability
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.

3. Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

4. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting Customer Services on 02072749332. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund..

5. Returns and Exchanges
You may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving it. Simply post the item(s) back to us at the address listed on this page.

If you return your order in full to us within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights on cancellation are not affected.

Exchanges will be honoured any time within 28 days of receipt of your purchase.

Please note, all delivery charges incurred on returns made after the 7 working day period noted above, or for exchanges, will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect, mis-described or fault items, so please attach the correct postage. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase.

We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete the returns form supplied with your delivery..

To ensure a more efficient returns process, please can you attach the return address label that is enclosed with the despatch note you received with your order to the parcel when you return it. This will enable us to efficiently send an email confirmation to you that your parcel has been safely received..

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Sometimes the limitations of the banking system mean that the refund may take a further few days to show up on your card statement..

5. Disclaimers
(a) Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that the Site will be suitable for your purposes or requirements. (d) We reserve the right to vary the terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations.

7. Made-to-Measure/Custom Made Orders
Orders for made-to-measure or custom made products will be taken by our customer services staff on 02072749332. We request that a 50% payment be made at the point of placing the order, with the balance to be paid on completion of the order, just prior to dispatch. You will be given the approximate delivery date for your item at the time of placing your order. We will send you an order form to complete and return to us. These items require a specialised delivery service and carriage costs are dependant on geographical areas, our customer service staff will let you know these costs before you place your order and will arrange a delivery date with you prior to dispatch.

8. Cancellation and refund of made-to-measure or custom made products
We are not able to cancel orders or accept returns on any made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have not followed your specification. Because of the bespoke nature of these products we would not be able to resell items made to a particular specification.

If we consider that the product is faulty we will rectify the problem or offer a full refund and in this instance you will not be charged for the return postage. If the returned item is found not to be faulty, the items will be returned to you without refund and you will incur the return postage costs.
